Dealodeal (“we”, “us”) is operated by Teqid Solutions Private Limited, Chennai, India. By signing in you agree to these terms.

1. Dealodeal is a marketplace, not a party to your deal

Dealodeal only connects buyers and sellers of pre-loved fashion and related items. We do not own, inspect, store, ship or guarantee any item, and we are not a party to any sale. Every deal is made directly between the buyer and the seller, who are solely responsible for it.

We are not responsible for scams, misrepresented or defective items, non-payment, no-shows, or any loss arising from a deal, to the fullest extent permitted by law. What we do is work to keep the platform safe: we restrict scammers, review reports, and remove listings and suspend accounts that break these rules.

2. Your account

You sign in with a mobile number you own, using a one-time code. You must be at least 18 years old, give a real name, and keep your account to yourself. You are responsible for activity on it.

3. What you may list

Only list items you own and may sell. Describe condition and defects honestly and use real, current photos of the actual item. Not allowed: stolen, counterfeit or illegal goods; weapons, drugs or other prohibited items; and any sexual or explicit content, including in photos, listings, profiles and chat.

4. Conduct

No harassment, hate, threats, spam, fake reviews or fake listings. Do not ask anyone to pay in advance for an item you have not met them to hand over, and do not take conversations or payments off the platform to avoid these rules. Never share OTPs or banking passwords with anyone.

5. Meeting and payment safety

Meet in a public place, check the item before paying, and pay only when you hand over. Dealodeal does not handle payments. The handover code in a deal confirms that the item changed hands; only share it after you have received the item.

6. Reports, blocking and enforcement

Buyers and sellers can report any member, listing or message and can block any member. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or permanently ban accounts, and share information with law enforcement when we believe the law or someone’s safety requires it. Admins can review reported conversations.

7. Premium sellers

Premium status is granted at our discretion, may be free for early sellers, and can be withdrawn if these terms are broken.

8. Liability

Dealodeal is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for losses from deals between users. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; continuing to use Dealodeal means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chennai have jurisdiction.
